Shipping costs are based on the products ordered and the shipping method selected. Please note: Some products may only offer one option for shipping. Your total shipping charges will be displayed on the Checkout page, prior to submitting your order. Estimated shipping charges will be displayed in your Shopping Cart after you have signed in to your registered online account. Final shipping charges will be displayed during Checkout, once a shipping address has been entered and a shipping method has been selected.

Currently we only ship to the continental 48 states. Please allow up to 2 days for processing. Items can take up to 10-15 business days to arrive but typically take much less. In the unlikely event that a product you have selected is unavailable to ship at the time of purchase, that item will be canceled from your order and you will not be charged for it. You will need to re-order this item when it is back in stock. Please check petz-choice.com frequently to see when we are back in stock on the item. If your order is canceled, you will be notified via email.
Return Policy
To make an online return, please contact us at petzchoice.info@gmail.com. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your purchase date. Petz Choice is not responsible for return shipments lost by the carrier. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Any surprise gifts or promotional material included in your purchase must be returned along with your purchased item. Any surprise gifts or promotional material not received with your return will be deducted from your purchase amount at market value.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow up to 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. The refund will be made to the original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
